Established in 2014, Cypress is licensed in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington and Montana with projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. We emphasize personal relationships, transparency, and stewardship. Some of our key clients include Pacific Premier Bank, Chesnut Properties, and Ziply Fiber. As a family owned business, we values character over cash and pride ourselves in our faith-based ethos. Design

We coordinate with architects and designers on Conceptual Design Development, Space Planning and Layout, Permit Drawings, Construction Documentation, Interior Design and Finish Selections.

Build

Cypress provides expertise  in Ground-up Construction, Tenant Improvements, Occupied Remodeling, Specialty Builds, Project Management and Subcontractor Coordination.

Contracting

We work closely with our network of trusted subcontractors to execute the various trades and components of each construction project.

Project Management

Cypress provides comprehensive project management services, handling everything from feasibility studies and permitting to the final construction and installation.

Feasibility Studies

By conducting comprehensive feasibility studies upfront, we are able to identify and mitigate potential risks, enabling us to deliver successful results and exceed expectations.

Specialty Builds

Cypress has extensive experience with specialty projects such as aviation hangars, medical facilities, and banking/financial institution builds that require unique construction challenges, technical skills, security requirements and logistics expertise.
