As the client’s second location, this project was focused on creating an engaging, interactive environment for their customers. The scope of work included:

• Demolition of two existing office spaces
• Installation of new flooring throughout the sales floor
• Fresh paint and doors to update the space
• Custom display boards and fixtures for the client’s LEGO® and collectible merchandise

Our team worked closely with the Bricks and Minifigs team to bring their vibrant, colorful brand to life through the design and construction. We leveraged our expertise in retail build-outs to deliver a space that would captivate customers and showcase the client’s extensive product offerings.

Despite working in an occupied shopping center, our crew was able to complete the renovation in just 3-4 weeks. By coordinating closely with the building owner and maintaining open communication, we minimized disruptions to neighboring tenants and ensured a smooth construction process.
