This was a 3-month tenant improvement project that showcased our expertise in the financial services sector.

The scope of work included constructing a modern, full-service bank branch with high-end finishes and custom millwork. Our team coordinated closely with the bank’s security and low-voltage vendors to ensure a seamless integration of all systems.

One of the key challenges on this project was working within the constraints of the existing building. We had limited parking and strict noise restrictions, as the branch needed to remain operational during construction. Our team worked diligently to overcome these obstacles, maintaining open communication with both the bank and the building owner. Despite the logistical hurdles, we were able to deliver the project on time and within budget.

The client was thrilled with the final result. This was our second successful branch build for Pacific Premier Bank. Their trust in our abilities is a testament to the quality of our work and our deep understanding of the unique requirements for financial institution projects.
