President
Alan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a laborer and working his way up to roles as a superintendent and project manager. He founded Cypress Construction in 2014 after obtaining his contractor’s license, officially launching the business in 2017. He has overseen a wide range of commercial, industrial, and aviation projects, developing strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. His focus on transparency, accountability, and doing the right thing has been central to Cypress Construction’s approach. Alan is also passionate about giving back to the community through the company’s outreach efforts.
Kat Schindler
Office Manager
